\nLet me just say that Eric at Futile Struggles is my favorite in the business. It's a great example of truth in advertising. The women can't escape. Rope bondage is something I dislike. It seems easier to escape (since so many riggers suceed), and victims can always find a knife or scissors to help them get out. Futile Struggles (FT) is one of the few studios that allows rope bondage. Even if you put a knife in a model's hand, she couldn't escape.
Excellent video quality. Hogtied is the gold-standard in bondage video production, but I think FT is just as good. I believe the scenes would benefit by darker lighting to create an atmosphere that is more grittier. With his lens quality, I'm sure the recording quality wouldn't suffer. His camera angles are excellent too. They focus exactly on the viewer's location if they were there. There is a good mix of wide angles, medium, closeup shots, extreme close-ups, and closeup shots. These shots are mostly fixed camera shots and do not include zoom, panning, or handheld shots. However, he is skilled at camera placement and, frankly, it is not necessary to be artistic. Make the bondage strong, and make it accessible to the viewers. Fixed cameras are a benefit and not a disadvantage in porn. Handheld shots are often shaky and poorly planned and can make for sloppy videos.
Sometimes the rigging in these videos is amazing. Although I don't like zip ties, plastic wrap mummification, or outdoor bondage, I do support variety in bondage video production. I also appreciate experimentation and being able to accommodate diverse consumer preferences. He uses panty gags, which I like, but they may not be the same as the model's. If a model is wearing a pair of pants, the best way to gag her is to take them off. Eric is very unusual to not do this, given his commitment quality and authenticity. Although the models are okay, there are many middle-aged ones. I don't know why, unless Eric prefers that. He also has young hotties like Summer Peters, Sahrye, and Crystal Frost, which I like. I liked Merry very much in her one appearance, but she tapped out just before the hogtie, which is disappointing.
